Kavitha received the award at a ceremony held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on the 15th of Feb, 2020.

The World HRD Congress brought together over 1870 professionals from 133 countries. The event focused on elements such as HR Tech, Diversity and Inclusion and women leaders in HR. The event focused on covering various HRM and HRD issues at a national level and is one of the largest rendezvous for HR professionals.
