For any certification agency, objectivity and impartiality in carrying out its certification programs is paramount. Aditi Organic Certifications Pvt. Ltd. is a certifying agency that follows NPOP (Govt. of India) and NOP (USDA) standards.

Aditi carries out data collection of its clients’ projects on a periodic basis, and it was looking for a more efficient and instataneous process of data collection. The manual pen-and-paper method was proving time-consuming, and it was difficult to track data and also to authenticate the actual date and time of inspection. This made it difficult to ascertain the current status of the project at any point in time. A non-digitised procedure often led to duplication of data collection.
